MEFK, through their Parent company Fuji Trading and worldwide group companies such as Hanil-Fuji in Korea and Fuji Rotterdam are arranging machinery and spare parts, along with providing engineering services. Fuji Trading are the authorized after sales agents for many Japanese and European makers. This division equipped to handle comprehensive Marine Services in the Region and particularly to tap the potential of third party Comprehensive Port Management Solutions in the Sultanate of Oman.

Khimji Sparkle Marine Service Co. LLC (KSMS):
KSMS is a Joint Venture between Khimji Ramdas Shipping LLC., Oman and Sparkle Overseas Pte Ltd. Singapore (an unit of Ocean Sparkle LTD., India). The Joint Venture also aims at providing comprehensive port management services at Omani ports in addition to providing tug boat services. Ocean Sparkle Ltd. India (OSL) shall assist with technical services as they haven offering Comprehensive Port Management Services ( including harbour towage) at several ports in India, noteworthy among them being the Reliance Petroleum Jamnagar, Petronet LNG Dahej, Birla Copper Dahej, Kakinada Port, Marg Karaikal etc. They also provide harbour towage operations at several Major Ports including JNPT, Marmugoa, Ennore, Paradeep etc., with their fleet of 65 ASD Harbour Tugs of Bollard Pull ranges between 35 to 65 tons. They have also a dedicated tug handling Simulator for training their tug masters on a continual basis.

The Joint Venture has been awarded a long-term contract to provide tugboat services at the drydock facility at Duqm by the state-owned Oman Dry-dock Company (ODC), which owns and manages the Duqm ship repair facility.
